Lindsay Lohan and Machete

Every week you hear that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have Broken up/Gotten back together/Fighting etc., so what is even the point of mentioning it?
None, so I wont.

What I will mention is that Lindsay is working on her first big screen appearance since “I Know Who Killed Me.” back in 2007.
"Labor Pains" was SUPPOSED to be a release, but it went to ABC Family last month.
Anyway, Lindsay is on the set of Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete,”

If you saw Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s double feature movie, “Grindhouse,” you may remember the Machete was a fake trailer that appeared between movies.
The movie stars Jessica Alba, Robert De Niro, Steven Seagal, Cheech Marin, Michelle Rodriguez, Don Johnson (what? really?), Jeff Fahey and Danny Trejo as Machete.
(Yes! Finally Danny Trejo gets his well deserved props!)

Lindsay will be playing April, a socialite with a penchant for guns.
Let's pray this doesn't carry over into real life...okay?

Now to blow my own horn here, I suggested back in November of 2008 that Lindsay needed to hook up with Quentin Tarantino.
I think Robert Rodriguez is close enough since I love both of their movies.

Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears

Why does Lindsay look scary in most of her pics now?

After the rumors of Britney Spears dodging Lindsay Lohan in England back in June, you'd think that Britney and Lindsay were done.
Not so.

Britney and Lindsay were seen in LA together Sunday at the Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown, Los Angles.
You may recall that several years ago Britney, Lindsay and Paris Hilton almost formed a modern day version of "The Rat Pack", hitting all the hot spots together at night.
However, that was kinda broken up when Britney was admitted to a psychiatric ward.

Allegedly, when Britney was in London on The Circus Tour, Lindsay tried to see her, but Britney's people didn't want her hanging around.
Well that seems to have passed since the two were out until 3AM Sunday.

Now are we gonna hear stories that Samantha is angry at Lindsay for staying out till all hours with her former partner in crime?
No reason to.
According to onlookers, Britney and Lindsay were fairly sedate, just sitting and talking.

And speaking of Lindsay and England, her photo shoot she did while she was there can be seen in the September issue of Elle magazine's U.K. edition.
